Prisoners of War in Sirius

I always assumed the prisoners commodity as the 'civilian' side of things, since PoW's carry diplomatic weight in a way, at least for Houses and certain opportunistic elements.

[font=Comic Sans Ms]For the life of me I cannot remember which, but certain battleship and station infocards state something along the lines of "We're holding captured pilots here until they can be transferred to proper prison stations"
