Why is the Crow, a ship that the info card states as a widely used tough beater type ship, sold now only on one base, and not a neutral base?
Would it be safe to just assume that the market for the ship has now been cornered by the outcasts for the time being? Can characters that had bought this ship when it was still being sold widely to freelancers and pirates alike use this ship still? Or should we acquire a new vessel in a... paradox styled manner?
I will be bummed if its changing to outcast exclusive. However, it wont kill me:D
2nd question:
I have a certain wannabe pirate character that is a small little annoyance to people. Does the civilian ID work the same way for PVP under lvl 30?
As in being lvl 29 or lower can i attack other players that are level 29 and below of "simmilar" level? Can they attack me as well outside of self defense? And also can i attack people suicide style that are above lvl 29? Like fly up to a gunboat with my lil light fighter and nibble its ankles with my civilian ID?
