You know how to stop bombers from leetkilling fighters? Give them their own shield, strong, but slow to recharge. FIghters can get to the hull for longer periods.
Give the SN a firing delay of 5 seconds, in which you can keep your aim at a capship, but not a fighter.
whatever they do, they need to make fighters better. even light fighters, there should be GOOD light fighters like an intercept class that can actually kill something.
LFs - Interceptors. Need a buff.
HFs- Space Superiority fighters- Need a SLIGHT buff, to core.
VHFs- Small support / escort vehicles.
EDIT: Leave bombers as-is. Seriously. Bombers are FINALLY fufilling their role as anti-caps and fighters are finally anti-bombers. Leave it like that. Now a nerf for Transport turrets and a buff for cruisers would make the circle complete.

Just to say: Capital Shields charge up way too fast. Even the Barghest is pretty screwed against a Cruiser. And has huge problems against a Gunboat especially the Liberty one, because it is outturning the Barghest.
