Guten Tag everyone,
Today went rather smoothly. I made a quick run from Essen Station to Freeport 1 with Mining Machinery, and then shipped Polymers from Freeport to Pueblo Station to supplement the shipment of Beryllium Herr McDonald in the GlenCoe was shipping there. We did encounter a group of harvesters, though. Horrible machines, those are. They requested 1 million credits from us, and seeing that we were out gunned by their Gunboat and Fighter, we complied. I had to part ways with Herr McDonald in Bering, though, as I had gotten Engine Trouble and stopped there to ask the Zoners to repair them.
A good day, overall,
~Gunther Koch

Greetings, All:
Good news! Our royal charter revision has been accepted, and our company name is now Gateway Interstellar. The Board feels that this name (1) more accurately reflects the scope of our operations and (2) better corresponds to how we are known throughout Sirius.
Congratulations to all of you on all your hard work - I am deeply honored to have all of you aboard, to have you invest your time and energy into our little endeavor here. Thanks to you all, and may we journey together toward a brighter future!

Just a quick few runs today. The Gibraltar hauled Diamonds and Beryllium - all to profitable destinations. Firstly, a large shipment of Diamonds from Bautzen was loaded onto the Large Train, ready for a long but plentiful run. The trip through Rheinland and the Omega 3 & 7 systems was calm; no pirate activity to report of.
In Cambridge I encountered a few traders who I hailed (long trips can get lonely sometimes). They seemed to be hauling Engine Components from Rheinland. Anyway, the Gibraltar continued forward and eventually got to Planet Leeds. After some careful manoeuvrings, my Large Train was attached to the Mooring Fixture ready for Planetary Landing.
Heading out from Leeds after the offloading of Blue Diamonds, I steered this ol' Bird over to Kensington Shipping Platform to pick up a shipment of Beryllium. After the new cargo pods were loaded onto the Gibraltar, my crew and I set off for Colorado.
The trip through Manchester and Cortez was peaceful; again no pirates to report of. I seem to be lucky, I haven't been attacked by a credible threat in a long while.
After entering Liberty space, I continued via the tradelanes and jump gates (seemed to be faster and more reliable than Bretonnian and Rheinland lanes). The trip to Pueblo Station in Colorado was uneventful, Liberty appeared to be quiet when I passed through. National Holiday, perhaps?

As good communication is essential for a properly run company, the following policy has been issued for all members of the Gateway family:
"All Gateway faction members are REQUIRED to check this thread regularly as this is where announcements about policy changes, upcoming events, new employees, and trade reports are made and explained. All members are expected to be up-to-date with Gateway developments before they fly."
Please be sure that your fellows are aware of this new requirement, which has been posted on the first page of this comm system.

Greetings, All!
Had a pleasant run this evening with Mr. Black in the Somerset; just a quick beryllium/boron run to Liberty and back. No disturbances to report, exept for the unfortunate ion storm that hit just as we were coming back to Kensington.
One thing of note, though: on the way back from Liberty, we passed and were engaged in conversation my a Mr. Salvador Sandoval. He is fairly new to trading, and I welcomed him to join one of our convoys sometime if he is interested. If any of you hears from him with such a request, please invite him in and show him Gateway hospitality.

Good day everyone,
Was doing a few small errands when I was contacted by Mr. Aaron Power of the Lilith (soon to be renamed Gateway)Canterbury)
When I got the memo about his set up, I assumed the usual was needed. Turns out he was just needing an ID and a perch. He'd gotten almost everything else, including funding thanks to Calum.
After setting up, we ran a Pullman for a easy run. Had to leave after, as the crew were getting a bit tired.
As I said before, welcome aboard Aaron, it's good ta have you.

Hello Everyone:
It is my pleasure to welcome to our Trade Division Mr. Aaron Power, captain of the Canterbury. His vessel is undergoing re-registration with the Ministry of Interstellar Transportation, so he flies under his personal name for now.
Thanks Mr. McIntyre for the good word on his setup, and thanks to Mr. McDonald for providing him the funds. Please make Mr. Power feel at home, everyone.

Good day everyone,
Sir Alisdair, thank you for your warm welcome to Gateway Interstellar.
As Mr. McIntyre already said, I've gone through setup with him yesterday and I am very happy to say that brand new Percheron, soon to be named Gateway)Canterbury, is ready to begin her service under the Gateway flag. Both me and my crew hope that we will be able to fulfill the expectations and hold the high standards of this company.
