Like Ichtan said, just jettison the cards & shoot 'em wherewever you happen to be, & problem solved.

Another recomendation if I may:

The server rules are nothing to live in fear of...when in doubt of the law's letter, follow it's spirit.

If you ever find youself paranoid about how things are done around here, just ask us for help when you see us...for the most part, 'We' will go out of our way to help ya.

worry less & play more!

Guy got sanctioned.

Anything I say is not intended as offensive, and to try and deliberately misinterpret it as such would be an attempt at trolling via misrepresentation.

It's not a conspiracy, it's localised bias. They're not intelligent enough to form a conspiracy.

The guy needs more than a sanctioning, he needs a spanking.

While being quite funny, your sig was the biggest one i've ever seen so far. No more than 700x250 please. ~utrack

He was level 90 in a Raven's Talon with nothing but Justice I's and a civilian ID. He gave out tens of millions of credits. I do not have screen shots, but I do have a pilot by the name of Shaun_Callahan sitting in Manhattan with 6 10X10^6 in credit cards in his hold. It would be nice if someone could clarify whether this person was hacking so that I would know whether to cash in or dump the cargo in the cold void of space.

Can anyone help me out?

Ditto to me too.. I didn't know WHAT was going on.. at the time I thought it was a guy playing angel and helping newbs out. I was thinkin.. leave him alone.. it's his money.. let him enjoy his generosity before he deletes his characters. (I believe I even posted that in system chat)

I have no idea if he's "legit" or an actual hacker. Guess I'll have to wait untill the admins seive the logs.

Now before you flame me for "being/acting stupid" I try VERY hard not to assume the maximum negative about anyone on this server. Give people the benefit of the doubt and they usually are nice to you. (or at least they dont blow you out of space w/o warning:)

Last but not least.. he gave my Junker character .. ol' Jim Rhyder a full billion credits.

I HAD planned on continuing what I THOUGHT were his good works.. ie.. helping out niblettes with help (ie cash or gear) exactly as Angelfire had mentioned in his post about "server angels".

My boy Jim and his wife Sally ( and their 4 kids) are quite happy with their current ship (pirate train) and the life they lead as station to station shippers and couriers. He doesn't need the billion.. and hoped to do some good with it.

Respects,

PS: Ol Jim is still parked in manhattan.. he has spent a dime of the money and won't untill this issue is resolved.

How is there any doubt? It looked to me like they were entering maximum cruise speed instantly, without having to charge it up. This individual also killed somebody that was parked right next to me, from over 8k away. A lot of people should have been auto-banned for cheating today, somehow they got around the protection but I'm sure the Admin have some handy logs to work on.

That would work.. but what about the guy who transfers creds from his chars in order to get a cap ship or has a bank char? we'd need to start filling out "deposit slips" like in the r/l. Bleh.!!!!

Even if, Tomahawk was not the most brilliant guy here, It wasn't his style to give away money to everyone He only gave money to his members... In fact, he began to cheat when he came back and realized that all his chars were wiped.
At least, He knew how to use In-RP names, not like this guy "Blablason".

Dunno what is happening with the cheat detection program but I know that Bulldog fully tested and pimped it before leaving admin duties. It should work fine at detecting them with a 100% accuracy, but no it doesn't...
