Ye, I've noticed a lot more people playing hackers now. I guess LH~ has made them popular or something.

I and two friends made LH chars last night after sitting again as Red Hessians in a very lonely place. Reinland can be a very dead area. I met two ships in 2 hours. I taxed the first ship one bottle of gin (I'm a pirate) and the other ship one unit of Aluminium as I needed ship repairs.

To be honest I was drinking JD.

JD always makes me a nice pirate.
Plus I really don't pirate for the money, more so the interaction. Unless you happen to be Daumann or Kruger. Then I will probably ask for 1 to 2 million.

Whether lowered or not, I didn't have money on me as I was in the midst of a trade run to go make some when I was blown up the first time. I'm not really lamenting the loss. Stuff happens. Also I didn't name any names as I'm not trying for a trial by forum, just asking about the prevalence of Hackers as opposed to, say, Rogues and other pirate groups.

However, if we wish to call out RP, I'll make a friendly suggestion and advise you may wish to add a bit more proper capitalization and punctuation to your RP. Your RP was completely devoid of both looking back at what you typed.

Grammar isnt really an issue to the quick paced rp in game....

and if you dont wana pay a pirate ever then your gonna get really mad about the game. Just saying. Sometimes you need to and sometimes its smarter or fun to say no.
But i get that you might not have had 100k on you. or 500k. I guess it happens.

All depends. Your way of playing and rp is your own.

Then again i have to say to not call someone's RP worthless. thats just uncalled for.

No I totally understand that. I'm coming from like, 5-6 years of heavy roleplay in WoW and other games so I'm usually a bit of a stickler for grammar. But I get what you're saying. And yeah, pirates are pirates. I was just a bit irate cause I literally got hit twice within 30 minutes of logging into the game, ha. Universe is a dangerous place.

I do apologise for my earlier comment though. I just can't understand why you were (as a player) getting really upset about 100k.

cuz of being blown u 2ce in 30 minutes.

Here is a ti. check the chat and see if there is much activity in the next system you are juming into. if you recognize a pirate in there then best chance is to get to a JH an jump there and then fly 20k above plane and just cruise.

Or get an escort.

Or in extreme cases when a pirate is lolzy and charges you 10 million (actually happens) with NO RP and then when i say thats too much he says "die then" you after death go on forums and place a bounty on his head

that is if you are THAT mad that you are willing to ay more money to see him die over and over than to give him 10 million in the first place xD
