I voted 'Not Interested', since you asked who wants to be a Hogosha. Had you made the poll, 'Who wants to see a Hogosha faction?', I would have voted in favor, as I like the idea of the faction. What little I can see of them in-game through infocards and the like, I see them as the Kusari equivalent of the ancient Yakuza. I could be mistaken about that, though.

Don't let the mass of negative responses in the poll get to you. No matter what faction you made that poll about, the results would probably have been similar. You can't expect the entire server to want to join, after all. Even if just those 7 people who voted yes (as of the time of this post) joined you, that would be more than enough of a base to build a successful faction. Undoubtedly, once people saw your RP in game, others would join later.

I encourage you to go forward with this, and I look forward to seeing where this ends up.
