Are there currently any plans to implant Discovery into SC when it comes out?

well as fun it would be but the shear mass of updating it would need just on the ship side for exterior and interior modeling .
hell it would need a big or real dedicated team .

And since i (we?) have no idear about the toolset it would maybwe even take ages to build a system .
