You come here and start by judging official factions and non official zoners RP. Then you demand that I present my RP so you may judge it. I tell you that with that attitude playing you is not going to be very much fun. Then you tell me to frig off for allegedly judging your RP. Its the attitude displayed in your posts that I'm judging. Everyone RP's their Zoners a little differently it seems, thats what neutrality gets you, options on who you want to deal with, and how you do that.

I've always thought that Zoners should have their own little world, and a few more ID's wouldn't hurt. Zoner trader, Zoner mercenary, Zoner Pirate even. Its not so much different than the existing ones, but you could still RP being a 'zoner' while doing those things. The rules of the ID's wouldn't have to be that hard, and it would let you still be known as a Zoner if its in your 'roots' inrp.

People seem to believe that using a Zoner IFF with other ID"s like pirate is against the rules, but I don't think it is. However, I understand that some people get confused and tend to think that IFF/ID mismatches are mistakes, instead of purposeful INRP deceptions, or purposeful INRP ways to display your preferred affiliation, even if you may be a freelancer mercenary, or Pirate.

Either way, I wouldn't mind seeing something along those lines or what was posted above, just to throw in some variation, and allow to refine some people's characters a bit more.

I think it would be better to have the IDs separated via location, because if the zoner mercs of Freeort 9 are identified with the Zoner mercs od Freeport 10 the same problems will come. The activity type like trading or exploring or mercing will naturally be constrained by the ship they are flying.

The main goal would be to make players responsible for their own diplomacy instead of the diplomacy of the zoners at the other edge of Sirius, whom they have likely never met or have anything to do with.

You never met me in game, yet you judge simply out of the air. I have met both the official factions and indy Zoners, enough to judge their RP. I asked you to present your RP, if you had one. You never did any of these, yet you dont understand the simple things that I did tell.

Are you asking because you want it destroyed again?

No need to go full defensive on a simple question. Snak3 was asking that because very similar ideas have been proposed already. For example mine is only different from yours at that instead of any other IDs, my proposal based these custom IDs on the Zoner ID.

Also, I don't know who's alt you are, but you definitely won't do well for yourself with this attitude.

Its always the Zoner threads that cause trouble. Anyways, I feel many things/alternatives/views have already been discussed. Lot of them have quarrelled over such zoner issues.
