No, what would be very useful is this:

(Name of Base)

(Old Name): (New Name)
(Old Name): (New Name)

OR just

(Name of base)

(Name to add) (Faction)
(Name to add) (Faction)

For all of the bases you want done.

OR, just take the list on the front page, and Replace the name's with your new ones.

And I'll do my best to write new rumors too.
