Actually, this whole thing should be because Rheinland is now refusing to pay reparations Liberty wants them to pay after the Nomad "War." Interestingly enough, Rheinland has done nothing yet, except go exploring. *shrugs* Oh, and stopped paying Liberty.

sadly... you have a point.

Quite frankly, if there is any events, only factions members and a few accepted indies would participate (good indies asking to be able to play the event will be able to play it)...otherwise, RM will all dye.......unless they all log on bombers and bring all their caps...if they still have any.

i thought the blockade was in effect because Rhineland was accusing liberty of illegal nomad research in Alaska and Rhineland wanted in on it, liberty refused and blockaded their borders with them. Wasn't that in a story thread or something? i can't remember.

Its actually several incidents from what I read. One is an accusation of several Rhineland Military Vessels within Liberty space. I would believe that the war reparations is also one as well. Finally, there is the incident with the 522nd rampaging through Rhineland space(which was dealt with).

Don't expect to hear anything about Border skirmishes. Neither group's navy heads into the border systems... So yeah nothing ever there. And don't BS with one cause every time I request assistants for dealing with pirates in those systems, I get a cop out from the LN that they don't operate there.
