To be honest, we do see the reason why is cheating getting sanctioned more and more draconicly and we know its right, though if ever karma bites you in the arse, if ever your FLMM decides that speedmod is better to activate that the GLS mod...

Have you seen the list of speed modders? Punishments get worse the more people break the rules.

but not every player is like an other one
and the admins dont have so much time to look at every player hours and hours...i understand it but sometimes they are to hard...

i follow the rules and i dont want to cheat, mor or something other again
my brother has no acces to my account anymore...i put a password on it and deleted all mods... so he need to play with his own acc



im not really angry about i have been stripped... im angry about the "style" with not money and no weaps you cant earn new money...
i saved my money for a legate so 500 mil are gone now... ok, thats the punishment or part of the sanction



but i think if you are sanctioned for the first time it should be possible to hold your setup

on my trader i have no scanner to start, not money to buy a scanner and no weaps, nanobots or shieldbatterys to sell:(



now i borrowed money from a player...i buyed a scanner some goods and sell it fast... after an half hour he got his money back... with a little present

Ok i just have to post on this. I help run an FPS server and you would not believe how many cheaters use the "it was my brother, sister,dog or cat not me" excuse.
As an admin you have no way to tell who it was so you ban the IP. There is proof that someone on that IP cheated so it gets banned if it really was your brother or who ever then go and beat them for it but don't get all crappy with the admins for doing their job.
Believe me being the guy who bans the cheaters so the rest of you can play a game is a thankless job and takes time away from your playing as well.

It has to be noted that - while you may be completely telling the truth, and I for one believe you - if the admins said "Okay, we believe you. We'll cut you a break" everyone else who's "brother" or "sister" modded would want the same treatment, and we'd have ourselves another choice riot.

Listen, you got off fairly easy, just quit crying sell a ship that you can rebuild later, and start trading some. If i was in this same state, i would be thankful I'm not perma banned. and will still be a member of the community.
