I appreciate the recognition of old LR- leaders (Del, Schlurbi, Sindroms, and Ashes) being a member of that Rogue faction for quite a while on a previous Discovery stint, but on the whole I find the write-up lacking. Your first goal of reestablishing the Rogues is very straightforward and has several paragraphs dedicated to detailing it, but your second goal of expanding Rogue influence (as acknowledged) seems the more complex one and yet has nothing.
Judging by your faction name (which I find 'meh' at best), it seems you intend to expand outward into Sirius. I don't know where I stand on that issue, but such expansion could be stimulated by taking the Rogues on a more Vanilla Freelancer route of dealing with Corsairs and Outcasts and not giving over entirely to one or the other. The Artifact trade would be very beneficial in spreading Rogue influence (for better or worse) to the Omegas and lower Omicrons. In principal, you could do this with the Hessians and their Blood Diamonds as well (though in Liberty that wouldn't technically be considered smuggling), and play all the fronts while not being explicitly allied with anyone.
The motorcycle part naming convention strikes me as odd for Rogues. This might just be from my experience with Sylpheed's Rogues, but I think Rogue shipnames should be more irreverent or surreal.
I suspect your rank structure might be a little too hierarchical. Pirates (in real earth history and in many Discovery factions) tend to be more egalitarian than military folk and on board pirate vessels of old, there were some surprisingly democratic guidelines shared amongst buccaneers.
Good luck to you in bringing back the Rogues, though. Gives the cops something more to do than hit up smugglers for donut money.
This is a question to take to a comm thread, but I loved Spazzy's Rogues, and you guys could use a hand, so...
If an unaligned group hires you to pop transports for a quick buck in-game, then calls up to formalize similar agreements on forums, will members of that group be exempted from piracy by your guys?

Rogues aren't something I am necessarily new at, however, trying to swing things in a different direction (intentionally) is.
am aware it is lacking at the moment, but it is still being worked on as things come up over time. The second one (expanding out) has been intentionally left with almost nothing in it. A nod to the fact it is an intention at some point, but knowing it is a long, long, way off it it was even to be considered..... We are better looking at the first.
Ground work is in place, we can only build on it from here.

I know a while back we did move into Kusari for a bit. It would realistically be nothing more than that. We will be looking at the Corsairs as well as Outcasts, variety is always a good thing as far as smuggling goes.

We decided it was time for a change. It is something different, will take time to get use to.

Rogues aren't pirates
But, point taken. I will look into that

Thank you.

If we are working with people and profiting off of it, and this (and where we both stand with eachother) was agreed on inRP... I think it would be safe to say they woudnt be a target.
I think what the person is trying to say is that Rogues are such a mix of....stuff. Baddies. That saying that they are pirates is not too accurate. Not false either though.

They are also noted as the least organized and developed crime society.
A group of pirates are a group of people who attack and rob, compared to local groupings of highly centralized enterprises run by criminals who intend to engage in illegal activity for profit.
While yes we pirate - we primarily deal with illegal activities for profit (Ie: smuggling).
I think this does come down to a matter of opinion, but for RP purposes we don't condider ourselves typical pirates.
About the Scylla request, it would help legitimize your claim as mainline Liberty Rogues because of the implication that you control the facilities at The Nonsense Factory, and you can cite that to other Rogue groups. In-RP, yeah, a group that offered to be an ally of convenience coming right out and asking to partially fund and build a Rogue Destroyer with the intent of purchasing it would sound pretty good, because it would solidify the economic ties between the two groups, and you can line your own pockets with an exaggerated estimate, and OoRPly, us Unofficial Factions gotta stick together, and you can line your own pockets with an exaggerated estimate.

I see what you are saying here, but our intention is not to come in and be like "Oh, well, we gave them a ship therefore we control this - deal with it"
We don't plan on making the other Rogue groups cease to exist; and like Sindroms mentioned earlier - variety here is not a bad thing. We plan on working with them, building inRP relations with them (and others) and taking things from there.
An offer for the alliance of convenience was made, but it was never really finalized - and as you can see by my reply we don't know much about your group inRP.... So it doesn't make a whole lot of sense to just hand out the ship to you.
OORPly, unofficial groups might need to stick together, but unfortunately it wont change an inRP responce for something like this. Work with us, get some RP and legit inRP relations going and over time it could be something to look into.
