DeiSol if you want to blame someone for your lost characters blame yourself. There's enough notices that characters are not frozen, and no we won't be doing any restorations. You and you alone are responsible for your accounts and everything that happens with them and to them. Unless incredibly exceptional circumstances (and I'm talking like being abducted by the Pope and his alien gaurdians for a dinner date with Elvis, Lord Lucan and Shergar which lasts longer than 40 days).
