whats the best program to make sigs

I use CS2. I have CS4 but Adobe slapped me in the face and made it stop working:(

I have & use Adobe CS2,CS3 & CS4 (mainly CS2 later versions just seem to lack somethings)
Also use the complete Eye Candy utilities , Harry's Filters & image ready & Maya for animations
