Daumann Heavy Construction will supply manpower and machinery to aid in the construction of any Bretonian design, upon the provision of blueprints and guidance. Daumann Heavy Construction also pledges to only build Civilian ship designs during normal operations, and pledges never to build military craft without the express consent of the Bretonian Government.

- Daumann Heavy Construction will transfer the ownership of Rugen station in Omega-3 to an organisation of the Crown's choosing, be it Bretonian corporation or law enforcement organisation.
