I'm conducting exercises with the Erdbeben from Memphis at the moment, so I can make myself available. It's a really tight time-table you're running here though, I can only join because we're in the area. I have no idea how any of your contacts in the houses would make it out here in time, but I guess that's not my problem.

Since we're coming from the other direction, we should schedule the screening process at Taba, or at the Akabat port itself. No need to trouble ourselves with an unnecessary trip to Delta.

Memphis is open for service to any other participants we have good relations with, of course - please ask any others to steer clear.

I do wonder what this is about, although I have a few solid guesses.

Bonjour,

Despite being fairly remote, the Gallic Union has it's fair share of alien contacts. Orkney has ben devastated not so long ago by an alien assault, and lately their activity spiked within the Alsace Corridor. Even more, deep within the Union, our patrols managed to intercept and neutralize a convoy on what we presume to be infected. They were carrying loads of hybrid equipment, and what we were able to recover should be on their way towards an Order cell as we speak, unless it already arrived.

As of such, the Gallic Navy Security Bureau is very interested to take part in the current summit, listen to what you have to say, and learn how to counter the alien threats more effective.

We'll rendezvous at the precise place and time you mentioned.

I thank you all for your swift responses, allow me to apologise for the short notice which we presented you with.
Many of you are traveling great distances to be able to attend, traveling through dangerous space and allocating resources to do so. Resources that could otherwise be used for your own endeavors, we are grateful for your sacrifice.

Some of you have raised points you wish to discuss, some have asked for the planned topics.

The Overwatch will cover the following topics during the summit:

• Current state of the war against the Nomads across Sirius, covers the expanding range where the Nomads are operating in.
  
• The state of the Order.
  
• Logistical concerns.
  
• The likely upcoming war between Liberty and Kusari.
  
• The Cores new weapons and their planned shipping to the Houses.
  
• Proposed solutions and potential input.
  

For those interested there will be an opportunity for individual talks with members of the Overwatch afterwards including myself, we will also facilitate secure rooms should you wish to speak with any of the other attendees in private afterwards as well.

On that note I should mention there will be some among you that do not get along in your day to day business back home, understand that all of you are united in at least one thing; an understanding of the Nomad threat and the desire to curb their ever extending reach. I ask that you save potential grudges and hostilities for when you get back after the summit, the more of us are able to fight back against them the better.
