Hackers would help rheinland.
Outcasts and rogues, would not join either side.

Gaians help KNF against BAF.
Corsairs kinda help too, but just if there's an opportunity.
Molly, doesn't.

I don't know much about rheinland unlawfuls.
But the "feedback" we got from them as LNs, is not so good:D
I'd say that not even 1 unlawful faction in Rheinland will assist the LN.

GC and BloodDragons helps bretonia in kusari territory, if the situation warrants the assistance.
Farmers and Hogosha, support the KNF.
Outcasts, would fight against the KNF in kusari.

So I might help in a small skirmish the Liberty Navy etc but if they bring thier big guns I could ally with Rheinland lawfuls!

Think I will stick to pirating good old honest traders!! Oh and killing Corsairs

I think that scenario applies when you have a Hessian, a rhinelander and a libertonian all in proximity to eachother, and if the Rhinelnader is defeated then the Hessian and Liberty pilot go back to hating each other and PEW PEW.

correct me if i'm wrong, but i had the same argument the other day when i was chasing an outcast with my gaian in leeds until he sat next to a Bretonian battleship without being shot at claiming that according to his ID they were allies.

For the extent in Rheinland: Both my LWB and VF have actually been grouped with RM before when fighting Libertrons. My Hessian has fought Libertese guys alongside the Rheinland lawfuls but not been so chatty about it.

Don't know unioners so well, but Rheinland is pretty patriotic really, yeah.
