On the subject, I think it would be interesting. It'd be a mobile research base, and forward ops base. Give it a less-than-average core, low maneuvering and only minimal fighter cover to make it dangerous only to fighters and bombers. This would require it to be covered by fighters and bombers. Make it so that once it pops, it's popped for a while.

I'm just concerned that if this is implemented we'll see LSF B-ships in New York saying "OH U HAV CARDI EGANBGIN SMUGLER" pew pew pew boom.

That point was smacked down before the first post ended. It would be highly restricted, and likely, not be allowed to enter House space to retain it's enigmatic nature.

An inevitable FLHook command which delays F1s for a minute and display's "player is attempting to engage cloaking device" to all /l.

On topic:

NO.

Liberty does not need anymore caps.

Some people fail to realise that the use of this capital ship would be more restricted than that of the Spyglass.

Please, read the topic thoroughly enough to understand all the points.

Sprolf's dead on. This thing isn't just SRP, there would only be ONE or TWO granted in total.

The LABC is just a bunch of guns. It's not at the super sensors packed into a forward base with cloaks that the OP suggests.

They need a large recon-station, battleship if they must, but it should stay -in-side Alaska, Ellesmere and maybe the Omicrons from time to time.. No where else.
