Yeah... guard systems are supposed to be "risky"

A little NPC turnover would be very nice... An upgrade of NPCs - wherever there a cavalier flew, now a hussar, wherever a dragon - a chimaera, where a dagger - a scimitar.

In decreased numbers naturally.

Newcastle has a place, Belfast, where you are attacked by like 30+ low level mollys. Still, that place is way off the route, so it should not affect server load. I vote to leave it as is now, as it comes handy to test a player skill with a low level ship..

Hokaido is pretty bad some times swarm get around 30 to 40 during a mission

Hmm, I don't remember any major swarms, but the Nomad battle group that appears outside the robot planet every time someone docks is really annoying...
Anything weaker than a MKII or Disco ship tends to lose far too much health before the un-dock finishes.

Yeah, but they sure get ticked when my cargo transport goes through every 15 minutes....and there are soooooo many of them that they almost get my shield down.....


But I guess guard systems dont count, do they??


There are serveral that present an overwhelming amount of firepower when you enter....thats a lot of proccesser room...

Meh, what are you doing trading through a hostile guard system? Doesn't make much sense to me.
I rarely see more than 10 ships at a time in Guard systems though, there are worse places.

Is it possible to change which factions spawn somewhere? There's no problem of #'s of ships at Bruchsal (Bundschuh base), but since the Disco pirate alliances have them at odds with Unioners there shouldn't be Unioner ships there. But there's ALWAYS Unioner ships there. It sucks being a Bundschuh and having your base turn red on you cause a low priority enemy shows up on the scanner.

Not sure if this was the right thread to grumble about these Unioner spawns, but it is a nuisance.

Riverside station, california. Liberty rogues swarm in there. (minimum 8) Lowest-level bloodhounds. 2-4 Hyenas would o way better

maybe a slight reduction in guard system numbers.


And the nomad problem is epic, as soon as you undock in unknown or delta, its a free for all. Weaker fighters have trouble getting out alive...
