It is a GMG ship sold on a corsair base. Many things that bugger with RP there.

MY theory is that affter the 80 years war GMG was forced to disband thiere"Military" and as such all remaining bombers fell to the black market.

Meh, methinks you should just keep using them anyway. It occurs to me (no offense, gentlemen) that all the people who suggest using the Tempy as a bomber are all really, really good pilots. Most of the SF can't fly like the SCRA (no offense, gentlemen, but I nail SF almost every day, and they aren't too much of a challenge), and need the full-fledged bombers. I think the Rheinlands are a more legitimate craft than the Taiidan, anyway...

The Taiidan is also sold on Battleship something-or-other in the Munich System. That is another blip in the RP. A Hostile faction to the GMG has it on their base....

Seams pretty weird to me....

Well actually as the leader of SA we found that fighters with novas are VERY affective (if you have enough 2-4)
reason being is with the speed you really can't miss a GB and missing cruisers and battleships is impossible. I do believe the SF should carry Novas on a templar as they have a nice armor output, are manuverable, and have a decent power planet.

I say you don't need bombers for now, you can wait. Better to be underpowered than to have ooRP.

Yeah. SF, actually, uses caps against our little ships way more than we use caps at all, but let's no get into that discussion here.

I say switch to Taiidan.

Why bother now?

Actually, the Taiidan has been allowed for all sorts due to its screwy RP...

And regarding the 'really good pilots' issue, it will force you to improve, won't it?

Think about it. You can fly badly and use equipment as a crutch or you can take what is going and force yourself to improve.

I know what I'd do.

I think you missed the point Photuin.

The SF have long been the "Let's get the uber stuff and forget about proper ship RP" faction.

I seem to recall at one time an SF admiral flying a Battlestar...

Using criminal ships is simply the next logical step...
