I want to make a situation less about profit (although that could most certainly be implemented), and more for the purpose of having some serious/seriously heavy space-rp going on.

Such as a larger science vessel, not a base, a vessel, stuck somewhere out in space. It could have meaningful interactions with passerbys as well as frequent visitors. And could be posted in less visited systems and areas to generate some traffic.

Now this is just a basic idea and I wasn't going to make anything big of it, as of yet.
But if you're interested we could at least come up with something I or we could use- And that doesn't have to rely nessecarily on a scholarship funding like you're offering.
I'd be happy to work towards it myself.
A scholarship, while helpful, is appreciated- But I'm mainly asking if we could discuss it first and come up with something people could use along those lines, if you're interested in having it as a brainchild-only that is plenty fine ;P

That's just my suggestion, feel free to make a completely different one, build on it, or completely ignore it. I just had to toss the suggestion out there like a curveball towards the star of doubtfully effective ;3

Edit: I'm willing to fund something myself, but that will take a while, as I'm a complete and utter newbie to the servers and community here.

research vessels docked in space are always interesting. But it depends on how will you develop idea on your own to actually involve other players with it. One of the ways could be if more than one person shared a ship that would just stay in space and conduct roleplay experiments and interactions with people. It could be a restock station or anything like that.

But I'm here to fund people, not to give them ideas they will abandon after a month because they weren't that much into them to start with. This is your chance to try something you cannot afford.


@Ceroan - I sure will. I hope there will be a full smuggling operation crew, for now there's a movement with desire to unite smugglers but they aren't focused just on Cardamine.

Like my post says. at least in the short of it. This WILL have to involve effort from a lot of people. at least more than just me. If anything because I need to know people are willing to go with this and expend some effort into keeping the line of interaction available.
A mutually shared ship between a couple of players would be wonderful.
Heck, I could even go with an imaginary forum-based ship.
Though I hardly think half of our members would pit in on that.. it's so much more interesting in-game, I'm tossing out that wild guess.

Random people*** with random cool ideas will split the remaining 500mil provided their interest is accumulating bigger playerbase in their agendas and helping out new people.
This can be a new mining faction, new pirate faction, new police faction, existing mining / police / trader / pirate faction looking to recruit new members, veteran faction looking for rp cash, one guy with an idea, whatever you think of.

I could always use a bit of extra cash to outfit new members to the 63rd, Ive had a sizable chunk of my accumulated funds vanishing to the new people who need bombers and fighters. Faction info writeup link is in my signature, and a bit of a extended story on the wiki page.

Also, you can help my faction by joining it (bandit)
