Simply put, both of you are wrong.


He is more wrong than you though, he can't shoot a transport, despite that you broke house laws (not rules, laws, these "laws" do not concern the admins or being sanctioned).

So you broke the rules because he broke the rules, but if he had been in a bomber or gunboat, he would of been fine.

hmmm it concludes that we both were wrong ,but his first rule breaking leads me to break rule ,and i suffered from 40k ore and time loss:(

He broke 6.7 (Attacking a transport in a capital ship) while you broke 5.9 (Disconnecting from server to avoid player interaction), so you both were wrong and two wrongs don't make a right so don't do it next time.

You shouldn't have F1ed. Even if he broke the rules - simply report him for doing so, if he would destroy you and your 40k of ore... I am pretty much sure he would lose a lot.

i am here for fair play not to make other people get sanction , so i think he should give me a chance for the first and last time because i dont know the house laws .but ,what can i say ,leave it ,
i am thinking about future .
We should be fair with each other without the element of jealousy and power to make this gaming community +ve.
