Reread this Jinx, and detect the inherent flaw in this statement.
You're either white to most or red to most. Zoners mostly interact with the Borderworld and Edge World denizens, which means the Corsairs, Outcasts, GMG, IMG, Hessians, Order and BHG. Those factions I'd flag white, at most. Then the ships you want to declare civilian, can go there. The rest of the world, especially house factions (which the Zoners are reputed to dislike) should not be using Zoner ships at all.
Setting different colors for individual ships for a single faction is going to make the whole "can use/can't use" system so convoluted it'll be a pain in the rear to maintain. I know I won't support that kind of configuration for it. Sure as hell won't maintain it. If you want to set ships as civvy, that's your perogative really (or that of the balance folks, not sure anymore). But setting this ship to "Zoner ship that can be used by ABC" and that ship to "Zoner only", or any other faction thinking to do that... No.

its not about relaxation - cause there is no tension.
it is meant to define what factions / players think should be relaxed in terms of the nerfs - and what ships should not be.
many a factions have such "jewels" they wish to protect. - and many factions also have ships they like to share with allies.
the question is not about doing it.
the question is - which ships.... and to get to know that - its always good to ask. - the only other alternative is making assumptions and guesswork. in many cases that might work - but sometimes it does not. - sometimes its simply easier simply to ask.
GMG Kaichou then if it ever comes into effect. It's the symbol of GMG sovereignty and the forefather of Disco Freelancer bombers with the Bergelmir that came on it's heels.
While the Karasu serves as a general patrol ship the Kaichou is the meat and potatoes of GMG's defence against invading forces and for keeping the Sigma clouds out of house hands.
it seems that distinctions will be only able to do it InRp when someone ask for permission.... remember... all of you will be able to open fire at hearth's content at anyone who don't have the InRp permission to use it...
I would agree with Jinx. From Molly Rogue Line the freighter should be usable for all- like it was in 4.85.

Ships - none. It's part of their national identity.
Weapons - could have been a diplomatic weapon. But... No as well, due to some fails of the council.
There is no point in flying anything but your own tech now anyway. So all of this is nearly useless.
