the current BH Destroyer has 8 turrets and i can easily see this design have 8 forward firing turrets.

just remember i have to build off this design to make two more ships. the battlecruiser will more than likely have somthing like the design changes cmfalconer suggested and then the battleship will have even more. a build up of design similar to how the fighters progressed

i'll be doing the modeling, but i'll have to pass it off to an expert to hardpoint, hitbox, and texture it

if i can import it into milkshape - ( thats some dx mesh ) - i can do the texturing, hardpointing - but not the hitboxing, the .sur file i made crashed. - so i m not yet really up to that.... but hey, i can give it a starflier hitbox:laugh:

Ok, the only suggestion I would make is to chp a bit off the bottom of the front bit. I think it looks a bit, weird as it is. Otherwise very nice indeed.

I think it would be nice to make this the battlecruiser, as that thing looks horrid at the moment.

fear not Mr. Joe,

as i said before these will more than likely not be difficult to make. they are a simplistic yet bold design which lend them to not be too complicated.

i'm not sure when Igiss plans on finishing the next version but hopefully, if i can get them all done, they'll all be included at the same time.

Beautifull work Draygon. The Bounty Hunters don't deserve anything more then that  , realy simple and good design that fall realy good on it's place , as a BH ship. When I see it , it says * I AM BH*. Yet I have one concern. It's realy narrow , when I see it out front it looks like realy hard to hit with another cap. ship and I thing it may be too easy to strafe weapon fire in that thing...

Only thing I think needs changed is having the wings more in the middle, not on the very tail-end. Maybe a small tail wing with the larger one in the middle area. I made a sketch for a replacement BHG BS as I was sitting bored at school, but don't have a way to upload it at the moment.

I don't think that'll be a big problem. The Liberty Dreadnought and Osiris are very narrow from the front as well - but their sheer size makes for it. As well, you can still hit it well from the side (the wings/fins are gigantic)

Anyways, a great concept, Draygon! I'd say go for it:)

I think his problem is that none of them are THAT skinny. It is rather skinny.. It can probably avoid 50% of any shots aimed at it, which is too many.. I guess we need to see the actual size of it compared to the other cruisers before we can make a decision on that point.

Ah, it's a Cruiser... sorry, I somehow missed that.
Well, it might be a problem then, since Cruisers indeed are smaller than Battleships...hm. I guess Dab is right, gotta see how it looks compared to other ships.
