I'll wait a while until I've got more proposals. I've taken me some time to watch a few games:

Sins of a Solar empire: That looks cool, nice interface and the battles are great.

Homeworld 2: The battles are very epic. But I miss planets and stars, i see them only in the background. Is there an cloak system available? Are there jump gates and jump holes?

Star Ruler: I don't like the battles.

Endless space: Realy good graphic, but the game is in rounds and i dont like the battles.

Galactic civilizations II: Reminiscent me at Civilization IV with Final Frontier MOD. The game is in rounds.

Space Empires 5: Nice, but its in rounds and i dont like the graphic.

Master of Orion 2: I dont like the graphic.

I choose Sins of a Solar empire. Now I'm looking for modding tools.
I need that tool named "Convert data" for "Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion v. 1.01" or already converted .entity files for v. 1.01.

I've been looking for hours and found nothing
I think, in this forum are some people who have built already mods for Sins of a Solar Empire, right?
I hope you can help me with the search.

Why not mod Freespace 2? It has the most epic campaign ever. Just dont think about the colonizable planets, base building, and stuff like that. But theres also an alien race similar to Nomads, called the Shivans.
