"it is not to hurt anybodys work" then what the hell is this about, you cant just go around puting bounties on innocent civilians, from all Sirius houses i dislike Kussari the most, all that gajin stuff, no wonder their activity is so low, now traders and miners should gang up and post bounty of 2 mil on every Samura vessel (double if he is carriying valuable comoditiyes) it is perfectly aligned with RP too, you hate us so we will hate you back.
