Good evening,
First of all, sincere sympathies of entire Crew to the relatives of the late Mr. Bowman and of his crew. You are in our thoughts.
I'd also like to wish best of luck to our new CEO, Mr. Brown. You are assuming your post in turbulent times, but I'm sure that you will do your best to make this company even stronger. You may count on our help.
I am still a lot confused about the current political situation in Bretonia and don't really know what what to think of it. I have the same feelings about your decision to leave your knighthood behind, Mr. Buchanan. But I will respect it and hope we are all doing the right thing.
As for you, Calum, congratulations on your promotion. Hope you will pay a round later!

Hello all,
First allow my to say how much of an honor it is for me to step into the shoes of Mr. Buchanan(I've taken care not to include you knighthood in your title).
Secondly, allow me to say that I actually injured my right hand playing ping-pong with a good friend of mine, and thus am unable to type eloquently. But I do hope that this memo will be enough to help me fill the rather large shoes of Mr. Buchanan, at least for a short while.
But before I introduce myself, I would like us all to remember, with great dignity and reverence Mr. Bowman. Mr. Bowman passed in the line of action, and his commitment to duty and service to his friends here at Gateway are things that will be remembered forever.
Now, before all of your melt your eyes in anticipation,
My name is Harold Brown. Some of you may know me as the MP representing Birmingham-Upon-Upton, a small city on Planet Leeds several miles south of Leeds Proper. As MP, I strove to increase funding for public schools, establish community centers at places across the city for teens and young children, and personally oversaw food and clothing drives for the needy.
Why, you may ask, did an MP do all of this while the Mayor was simply lounging at his desk? Shouldn't the MP be present at New London, dining in some Men's Club with other MPs?
Because it's about service. It's about community. It's about your fellow human being.
And that, I believe, is what Gateway Interstellar is all about.
I hope to not just to join your community as CEO, but as a fellow member of the community. I hope that I will work alongside you, not above you. As a result, this channel will remain open for all and any suggestions, comments, or critiques.
And yes, I do need to get my teeth whitened again.
Thank you very much.
Sincerely,
Harold Brown, CEO Gateway Interstellar

Hello everyone,
Today I bought a large train to futher expand Gateway. I am now see the disadvantages of this as it is the most horrible ship to control and fly. I will still fly it though.
Fly safe

Hello everyone, hope you are all well.
Completed several pullman runs and a few trips to Liberty and back to Leeds with no problems at all. Honestly, not one pirate in the past few days has stopped me. Long may it continue.
Joined a KoF convoy last night with a few new pilots in tow to LD 14 in Leeds. It added to thier nav map and set them on the road to a career in tradeing.
Am taking my crew on holiday for a few days so the GlenCoe is in dock at Kensington. They deserve it for all thier hard work. Will be back in a week or so.
Thankyou for the congrats Aaron and before i go on leave i have left a few thousand behind the bar for all the Gateway pilots to do damage too.

Hello everyone, hope you are all well,
Back on the trade lanes doing a Pullman run when something interesting happened. I was going through O7 when i was stopped by a pirate from the OPG who demanded 5 mill tax. Well i thought that was a bit much for a one of tax so i started to bargin with him ( after a little laugh of coarse). But during this an independant trader was actualy telling the pirate to tax more would you believe, after asking the pirate if he could have some of the tax to boot!!!! never seen the like. Now i know this traders name but i wont broadcast it on an open channel so if you want it then contact me on private comms. Oh, and this was going on while the trader was ramming me so i was getting a bit peeved as you can imagine.
Anyway after negotiating with the pirate i went on my way and safely docked at Cambridge

Mr. McDonald,
I would encourage you to state this trader's name here on Gateway's comm system. This is something all Gateway personnel need to know about, if nothing else, to be aware of the dangers associated with this individual.
Our comm system is open to us and our friends only, so do not hesitate to include essential information for the safety of our vessels.

Good evening friends,
I have an announcement to make: I'm forced to withdraw Canterbury from the lines and put it to dry dock for extensive repairs. Routine check yesterday discovered microruptures throughout the main hull. Luckily they were not large enough to cause major breach, but they definitely significantly decrease the structural integrity of the ship. The causes of this technical problem are unknown so far, but I will find out sooner or later. Everything indicates that I may already bought the ship in this status. And if it is the case, someone will pay for it dearly. I have a confirmation of a complete technical checkout dated just prior the transaction.
Nevertheless, no more space travelling for me for some time. I have sent those of the crew who are not required during the repairs on an extended shoreleave and commited myself to the course of advanced piloting. I will try to check the comm system regularly, though.
Godspeed
Aaron

Greetings All,
Made a regular run yesterday with lux food from NL to Manhattan, and then boron back to LD-14. No unusual occurrences, except for an excess of NY dialect - "//" by DW pilots and others... Otherwise, a safe and profitable run.
Mr. Power, so sorry to hear of your travails with the Canterbury. Please make sure the crews at Kensington work out all the kinks this time. I hope you departure is not permanent, and that we may welcome you once again into our midst. In the meantime, do take care.
