I've been playing a snub on most houses to check player faction activities and roleplay, including outcasts. My very first faction was corsairs and the only cap I`ve bothered to buy so far is the legate. I also have a couple outcasts.
The problem that I`ve been noticing is not that corsair people have been "noobs" and not looking for outcasts, at least not during my timezone.
Hessians are doing a very good job, from what I've seen. As a trader, I barely see a soul in Rheinland, except for the traders, a couple hessians and the new defense faction in the omegas. On my corsair cap I see junkers around Gamma, a few hessians, and apart from raids thats pretty much it. What about outcasts? I even flew a titan through theta and beyond for a good while. Nothing, nada.
Now, as you mentioned, when I logged on a LSF snub, I saw 2 ranseurs and one OC destroyer in Liberty. I did bump into what appeared to be a proper outcast RPer in tau 23 yesterday, but he didnt talk much since there was another pirate around who had forked me already.
