So how is scamming few millions any worse than killing transport full of ore worth 50M out of ZoI with no demands but with minimal RP?

It might be worth to note that Impy's case does not involve a few million but involved people who paid 100+ or even 300+ million credits.

Just a tiny little bit super important detail.

Okay for me, in case you don't transfer the credits to a different faction ship of yours, as that would be ooRP. But how to prevent that?

An interesting idea, though. I like scams, but I fear that newer players might take it personally.

So it's ammount that matters, not the notion?

What is the minimum scammable amount that is against the rules?

Edit: besides, the way Impy did it, people ran into scam as volunteers. The first time I saw that thread, it was obvious.
While piracy under new idea "Can attack Faction A anywhere" has no choice for the victim.

Maybe this should be the excuse for Con Artists when they appear in Court. Would be a winner every time!

Perhaps victims can sue Junker Marauders inRP, rather than use godly figures to smack lighting from above?

I think I've seen enough court cases in Discovery to last me a lifetime.

The irony of me proposing seeing junkers once more in court. :O

accidents tend to happen, but finding some hidden stash is a lot harder..

to be honest that thread sounded like a scam even before reading it..a picture said more than enough by itself ..
