Er, you could, but then the BAF-P gunboats would take you down. My point is, the Albatross sucks, and it's nearly impossible to maneuver with it in an asteroid field... And, IIRC, it has some giant blind spots where someone can sit and not get shot. And Tau-31 is one giant, dense asteroid field. Maybe when 4.85 rolls around and the Albatross remake gets added...

Solaris turrets do more damage per second than your average turrets. I've flown one before, I know how to use it.
Do you really think I'm patrolling the Asteroids? NO! The trade lanes you nincompoop!
A way a lone a last a loved a long the riverrun, past Eve and Adam's, from swerve of shore to bend of bay,
brings us by a commodius vicus of recirculation back to Howth Castle and Environs.
I was totally confused, first time I met the Privateers, hell, one of them was even flying a Percheron, but I put it down as an experience, and havn't done deut-engine comps since:P
And, as for an Albatross being a deterrent in an asteroid field...brings up images of Monty Python ("Albatross, Albatross"...the theatre sketch...)

Want me to make it a Battlestar?
'Cause I damn well could!

(The remake looks lovely though.)
The remake looks like what happens when an OC dessie and a BAF dessie have kids.

That whole thing makes no sense to me, as they're doing what the military is supposed to do in the first place with extra rights to demand credits from people not involved in trade.
Are you BAF or are you pirates? this I'm law but I'm not thing really stinks to high heaven, if you ask me. Perhaps I'll try this theory in Liberty space, just to see how far I get. I have 2 open character slots, and I've been meaning to make a pirate anyway.
All I need is:
Liberty Gunboat (NOT Liberty Rogues. Liberty. The BAF privateers were using official navy ships)
Pirate ID
[LN] tag before my name
-p tag AFTER my name
restrict my piracy to Bering, Hudson, and any relevant jump holes in the rural parts of Texas systems.
Good to go!
(waiting to see the first "you can't do that" when the concept has already been approved, and a concept can not have balance if it is confined to only one house out of 4.)
