you're right, I go on what I see, just like the admins apparently. Tunnel vision doesnt make a good excuse though.
It's over, we messed up and it won't happen again. I don't want to see things become worse. I have bigfatty's skype and he told me he'll talk with me and we will talk and find rp and a place for him, so things are going to work out. Yes i'm mad at the sanction decisions, yes I think they're unfair but there's nothing we can do about it. I put up a defense for our boys but it didn't work.

edit- And to all Admins, thank you for actually listening to what I had to say. I have never seen a sanction post go that long and have that many views. And despite the flames that other people said I'm proud of myself for pulling together what I think was a strong defense however was shot down. One, your NPC patrols argument is a joke. Do you see Order anywhere but Minor, Alaska, 100, and Delta? I don't think so. So by that reasoning you're ooRP for going into Outcast space that one time, or Sigma-13 the other.
The rest of your post is yours and Bs's take on Order RP. You know what? You're probably pretty correct, but that doesn't mean you can shoot down someone who isn't up to snuff with your guy's standards of RP. Period.

I respect admins, but they do make some bad decisions like anyone else.
Looking at BigFatty's screens, yea DeiSol deserved the sanction (thank del for the album link.....) Though he was the only one I saw in those screens trying to enforce a specific roleplay.
The others were simply going through with the Unauthorized Capital Ship RP that so many other factions participate in as well, atleast from my point of view.
My opinion... If BigFatty wants to raid new york in a zoner juggernaught killing civillians, liberty personell, more or less...Anyone.... He should take some time to get a Terrorist ID Special RP.
As its been said quite a few times, might do good to put a full stop to the thread.
Raisu, for one, the Order players involved never stated reasoning as to show they were following the "unauthorized cap" RP. Two, they don't even have approval to enforce that if they were. And three, all screenshot evidence eludes to the fact that they were attacking him because he was not following Bs relations, and not obeying orders.
Also, no Terrorist ID will ever be allowed a capital ship. This has been stated by the admins. (And yes, Mon'Star is an anomaly.)
I remember lots of similar cases from Star Trek. For instance captain Janeway trying prevent federation ships from doing what she thought was not right.
Doing nothing would be OORP.
Acting like this is well in-RP. Very interesting one actually.
like i said, im not defending eduard's (deisol's) behavior, he was offensive and acting aggressive towards both well established order indies as well as THC - and his sanction was deserved - but there was no reason for the other people to get sanctioned when there was already RP on the forums calling THC out for his poor RP and recent actions.
See, as long as THC flies under an order tag and ID, his actions reflect the entire order. It doesnt matter if he's an indy or Bs| member, what he does serves as an impression to other players of what every other order player does. If I went into new york on aki and started swearing at people and blowing up anything that moved, you can bet your ass that black squadron (as well as order indies) would come down on me like a hammer because in that situation i'd be making the rest of them look bad.
That's what THC did here, he uses our tag and ID but acts of his own volition - and as long as he flies with our tag and ID he's going to give the rest of us a bad view to the rest of the server. I wont tolerate that, and neither will most other order indies or black squadron members. We hold people to a high standard in this faction, and we're not going to let one cap/pvp whore ruin things for the rest of us because he wont hold himself accountable for his actions.
That said, I think DeiSol is extremely aggressive and needs some kind of a muzzle (sorry mate) but blowing up players exhibiting the above symptoms is a rather necessary evil, if they haven't been sanctioned for it already (and that they hadn't is surprising). SOMEBODY has to fix it, and if it's not the Admins then the body with the next most power is the faction.

Guess what? As long as he's within server rules you have to be the bigger man and bite the bloody bullet. You don't have to like it. No, you're allowed to be pissed the hell off about.
