Well, the Mekong Cloud in Sigma-21 is rarely visited indeed but I honestly doubt that (Hi @Antonio ) Aoi wouldn't notice a long existing base in a cloud they protect like nothing good. At the very edge of the cloud could be a possibility but then it's just a matter of time until Wild patrols, who actually go through the cloud further than just a bit around their base, to find it. We will see, huh?
