My y2k computer..(the one I used to use before my new laptop) Ran completely off of 500 mb RAM, and and 10 gigs of hard drive...and some generic video card, I can't remember...pfft yu'll be fine.
My graphics card is a Radeon HD 2400 XT (Yes I changed it again -__-), which hasn't changed much from the Radeon X300 - which is I think 3 generations older. I got the card from eBay for 30GBP incl. P&P, boxed and unopened.
If you can mow some lawns etc. to get some cash, do it. A more modern basic GPU can give you access to great games which you might never have had the chance to play before.
Besides, you don't want to turn down Disco's GFX settings and let the Dev's work go to waste, do you? *Cracks knuckles*
One is a 2.3Ghz Athlon 3000+ with 1GB of RAM and an XFX GeForce 7600GT (pwnsome card, if only for the looks)
The other is a 2.6Ghz Athlon 64 X2 5000+ Black Edition with 2GB OCZ Platinum and an EVGA 7200GS (gonna get me a 9600GT)
I think I shall be okay.

My comp really ain't that old (though is getting slowly), so I won't bother with the specs.
