Some updates:
1. Knowing that there are controversial opinions about non-generic IDs and due to recent rapid developments with the other Outcast factions, it's been decided to request for the more traditional Outcast ID. I still insist on 4.3k transport limit over the 5k and the line about the bounties to reflect the mercenary side of things.

2. Added communication archive section, will add the most interesting or important comms related to the faction there.

3. I am very happy with the progress that has been done so far. Thank you, members and people who are playing with us.
