Could people post some? Like... good morning, good afternoon, hello there, greetings, whatever...

Good Morning: Ohayo gozaimasu
Good Afternoon: Konnichiwa (used from mid-morning to late afternoon)
Hello there: Many many words in different situations. Konnichiwa is often used, but also things like Ohayo and Domo.
Greetings: Clickie clickie linkie.
Whatever: Gokatta ni!

Let's not forget speaking in Engrish when (attempting to) interact with foreigners can be considered good RP too. It'd be like trying to talk to a lolwut Russian except funny as all hell.:)

You're very welcome. One thing though, just as many people didn't know the meaning or purpose for many of the Japanese words some of us use in Kusari, many people still won't. I hope that, while you may use them for the decoration of Kusari, you won't over-use them to the point where newbies and even established players who have no ear for languages (or too many already rattling in their head) can no longer understand what's going on in any given conversation.

In summary, decorate with Japanese but don't replace the server's common language with it. We are in the lucky position of being able to use another language. The Russian players (and many other nationalities) who come here and are shouted at for the use of their own language must feel somewhat hard done by when they see Kusari, Hispanians and Rheinlanders all speaking in other tongues.

Nice thread handy, I've made one similar before so you may find many additions to add to this current one.

here it is:
