Cawdor and his assistant respected protocol by staying put with a polite smile until the captain had left the small meeting room at airlock 4. After the door closed, Cawdors mien showed the usual indifference again that most people were used to. He reached out to his assistant for her to hand over the electronic notepad. It was only then that he realized how terrified his assistant had become when she first laid eye on the blood tainted fingerprints of Kapitaen Heissner. Cawdor smiled briefly but warm like a father who's daughter just had realized what happens to the cute rabbit once her mother closed the kitchen door. He took the pad out of his assistant's hands and put it into his suitcase. The snapping sound of its locks threw her back into reality. With a shallow taste in her mouth, she fallowed Cawdor to airlock 4.
