Eh, a bit of an update. It seems that this has died completely. Most of the people who were going to help me either disappeared before we got the barge and kind of went "you're on your own," or had to focus on other RPs.
If anyone wants to help me make this dream a reality, I'm usually on Skype, and I still have the Barge. I REALLY want this to work, and I don't like the thought of this dying.:(

Well, in case y'all missed it, the Barge has been discovered, currently working on supplies+repairs. Unfortunately, I won't be here to work on it from tomorrow until monday.
