Do it like a strange flying wing. Standard titan/praet/gladi model, more or less, but with cockpit on one end of the wing, and SNAC/CD mount on the other end, with guns evenly distributed all over the ship. That way, you might even get away with that much guns. Tho, don't make them all class 10, too much codiepower there... just make them all class 9 or something like that.

Mjolnir has less than bomber agility and is pretty easy to hit.

But the new stats are fine. And the model is kewl.

Nice model, I'm sure this could make a good replacement for the Praetorian. Corsairs shouldn't make curvy ships in my opinion.

that

Make it a bit more detailed (more fins, etc), and ^ </strike>It will be good replacement for ugly Praeth ;\

In short, I don't really think Corsairs need more ships, but replacing Praeth would be cool.

and after some editing, this as well.

The Corsairs already has the Gladiator, if you intend to bring another "hybrid" into the game, I would suggest creating an Outcast HF which matches the Gladiator first as to not make the imbalance too obvious.

... that and I agree that this model is best used to replace the Bomber.

Eh, so finally this turned out to be a bomber with 2 class 10, 4 class 9 guns and 2 back-firing turrets. Yeah, keep the Praet stats, luckily the design have enough engine intakes to make 3 or 2 Torp slots. Thanks much much, now the issues are materials and hit box.
Can I co-work with somebody? I'll upload the MD3 and Gmax file...

So is it going to be:

a regular bomber with eight (wait, what) bomber guns, bomber core, bomber maneuverability and two torpedo/cd slots;
a heavy bomber with eight (wait, what) bomber guns, heavy core, maneuverability of a dead cow and three slots for two torpedoes and a disruptor;
or a super heavy fighter with 8 regular guns, SHF core, SHF maneuverability, one slot for disruptor and one for Supernova or Nova?

I'm rather confused with this pre-parade of stats.

Well, no. The result of discussion is a new Praetorian (maybe) with the olds stats, that means 2 Heavy T slots. The only different is instead of 4 bomber guns, it has 2 class 10 guns, 4 class 9 guns. And the lower engine will just act as engine intake.

Am I the only one who likes current corsair bomber?

Though, this one could work as separate ship and lighter, smaller version of Praetorian but still bigger than Titan.

Still I believe there was a bomber NERF sometime in past because they used FIGHTER weapons and were a bit omnipotent and now bombers have THEIR OWN WEAPONS to reduce their effectiveness against fighters?

this is cool signature

That's it.

Bombers use bomber guns.
Fighters use fighters guns.

It can either be big and sluggish SHF, which will be good with poor SHF maneuverability, but impressive forward firepower and core that will be eaten by a single SNAC; or a bomber with bomber guns, bomber core and all the things.

Oh, this discussion is making me sad anyway.
