Who can use civilian guns?

My personal opinion would be that Imp. Debilitators are "top of the line" guarded for civilians.. so only civilians + LH should use them.

While Adv. Debilitators are widely available (as shown by the freelancers lading on every base around)

Also, the Arwing. So enemies can't see where you shoot.. So? That would seem you help YOU, not your enemy, so what is the problem with using an RP ship, really? You guys argued about AW using Taiiden bombers.. They are sold on a Zoner Freeport are they not? ZONER station, whom we are affiliated with? Meanwhile your using IMG ships.. Are you going to trade out your Lunchboxes for IMG Gunboats and your Titans for Vipers now?

I you remember the fight 2 weeks ago... Diavolo ordered everyone ignore Centella because "he has no guns"... only after some 40 min he found out that he actually has them.
I and many others considered it "fair" to the opponents to don't use ship that offers unfair advantage. Arrwing is exactly same as Tigershark in stats except better gun placement. Here is exactly where winning came second to fair play... but as you wish everyone I talked with is switching to bugged Arwing, be happy.

@Mjolner; Okay, so you don't have a level 8 shieldbuster.. Well your LFs have class 9 slots do they not? And you DO have class 9 shieldbusters that work perfectly fine. As far as I can see, the only reason you do not use Tizonas on your light fighters is so you can have more powerful hull-hitting weaponry. Once again, winning comes ahead of the RolePlay that supports it. I think I'm gonna go over there with JihadJoe now.

Look at start of this message, civ. weps were considered free for all until now... that has changed I see.

About the other things.. I could go very personal about your choice of ships and weapons.. especially on your kusari characters. I don't see many of them using just weapons of the factions they should represent, not to mention the ships. Sure you can always "make some RP" to justify it.

Global, FA may be neutral with Samura, but FA isn't the ones selling the equipment. If you use the excuse; Our ally bought it from their ally, it will never end.

Outcasts could use GMG weapons by saying the Zoners bought it from their allies the GMG, and then passed it on to the Outcasts. Outcasts could get Order weaponry with the same excuse. Hell, Outcasts could go buy Tizonas and say the Zoners bought them, and then sold them to the Outcasts. Anyone else see a big glaring problem with that? Your philosophy is nothing but a 'We want to win and will do whatever it takes to do that.' I don't see any Outcasts with weaponry that they aren't able to get from allies. I haven't seen any NovaPG with weapons they can't get from their allies. I haven't seen anyone doing what your doing, and thats why it was sanctioned. This is a RolePlay server, and the Corsairs are ignoring that fact so that they can win. Do you see any Outcasts using other light fighters? No, they use the Scimitar, even though it SUCKS. Its a flying target, I've fought against and with them before and they are completely worthless, as worthless as your Decurion. But noooooo.. You have to get and get a Civilian Tigershark so you can win.

Every faction has their ups and their downs. Yours is that you have a bad light fighter. Outcasts don't even have a gunboat, so they use the LH and Rogue ones that are not the equal of the Lunchbox. Corsairs have the best shieldbusters, and they have weapons that fire in-sync with them, while the Outcasts do not. You want both sides of the fence, you want the green grass, no matter what. And your ditching the RP to do it.


Now excuse me while I go buy some Tizonas from the Zoners to put on my GC.

But this will not be changing until we are given evidence that everyone else has to adhere by these rules. The day I see every Outcast with 6 krackens instead of four and two debs, the day I see every Lib navy with 6 Vengences or Magma hammers, the day I see every Xeno with 6 Suntigers or Black widows instead of a deb mixture, is the day we switch out the debs that we need for our LFs for a shoddier, 50% less effective loadout.

By the way, the first TBH member I saw using Advanced Debilitators was Teresa Chavez.

My opinion: this is complete crap, how can it be ok for the Outcasts and Blood dragons to use these weapons (they have access to there own) but then it not be allowed for Corsairs to use them.

From now on I will be scanning every Pirate and if they have Debs mounted I will be putting a sanction report in and be expecting them to be sanctioned.

Blood Dragon HF + Krakens, changed to Disinfectors and Debilitators
Blood Dragon bomber
Kusari GB

on your "GC" characters?

Certainly not because "they are better inRP"? Or to be "fair" to your enemies. Every faction has it's ups and downs yes... who is "ditching the RP" ?

I've fought Hikaru 3 times in the last week, all we very fun fights in which we had fun, and neither of us ever complained about what the other was doing. However, your Arwing CAN fight your enemies, the Outcasts.
Oh, and I've NEVER used Krakens on my GC. Not once, ever. So if you feel the need to accuse me, please get the facts straight.

No we don't complain, yet you do complain about two guns....
I have screens with you with 4 Krakens.. yet it still doesn't explain why you use KNF guns when GC have their own.

Lane Hackers - Outcasts: Allied

The Outcasts can use them... Corsairs have even better shieldbusters, you don't have the right to complain.. And about pirates, okay do it. But if they are Outcast or Outcast allied, the report won't be acted on..

Also, McNeo, come to Alpha right now. I'll show you all my Outcast characters. Sabres each of them. All with 6 Wyrm 2s. Ask Lohingren, Eppy, hell any Outcast I've played with and they'll tell you they've had them since I got those characters. One Sabre with an Inferno, one with a mini, one with a Train CD, and all with 6x Wyrm 2s.

My Kiretsu GC with 5 Disinfector 3s from Kyoto, and 1 codename. My Wraith Bundschuh with 6 Luger Ds. My AW LF with all Zoner Furys. My Flagship with all Zoner Battleship turrets. Oh, and none of them in Tiger Sharks, which I know is so surprising isn't it?

Well he should have flamed me too, for I didn't believe it either, though I really did hope for it, as I was looking forward to a lack of childish behavior.

dab but you still not answered me if is problem collect the 8 or 10 debilitators from freelancers that everyday come to gamma and are hostile to corsairs. (when you shoot bh,freelancers come hostile too)

I always thought that Civilian guns are built by everybody, based on major weapon guidelines. Meh, seems Civilians became elitist as well, and everybody takes sides against Corsairs again.

Fine, if you want me to, I'll use next time Rapiers and missiles on my Arwing. If the bug shows up I'm not the one to blame if you get killed by invisible projectiles.

You can sanction Centella[TBH] for having two Adv Debs in the hold. Right now it has 2 Rapiers and 2 Death's Hands Mk Vs. Or do you want me to get sanctioned for the Order guns as well?

And as far as I know the Navy and the BHG don't have an arms deal. Sure, neutral is different than hostile, but neutral means that they don't really care for the other side.
