For me that still doesnt give me any reason not to kill an lsf i see in kappa, a ZOI doesnt mean anything really, except that you have a reason to go there, the fact that your RP reason for going there is a "covert op" is a bs reason right there. The LSF i saw there was not covert, getting weapons isnt exactly an rp reason, so that being the case i think next time ill tell him to either leave or ill open fire.
Ehh Buddy, Can't you sympathize for a player setting up a character if he doesn't try to engage you?
Freelancer is not really flexible, Things aren't everywhere. And for weapons, Rare are the LSF able to go in Virginia because it is a LN Guard system not LSF. In Fact, Only the oldest LSF members are able to access there ( I was, But the char got deleted... Sniper could but I think he deleted his LF too, So only one of the banks is remaining...)
If you open fire on a harmless player just because he's out of ZOI setting up a character, you are sliding in the extremes of the PvP aspect of the game.
No im still rping, setting up a character isnt rping, and while i am aware of the necesity of setting your character up i do not believe that an antimatter cannon is vital to a character, so if he wants it i better not see him because that isnt a "covert operation" now is it?
so that means that if you see a pirate faction member, freshly created, spawning from manhattan, over lvl because he transfered money on him. Then gets a pirate ID, you'll still kill him? even if the ship is still under construction?
