Upscaling Bases and things - possible?

Jeez no need to get catty. I was making an observation based on the discussion - which seemed like it was about Newport.

If it was about Newport it would be in the OP.

I wanted to know in general about this becasue i wanted to dabble in some things later concerning making blueprints. I wondered if one could after proving it to be a different size be able to then change it.


Also, there is a clear atmosphere-feel difference between a ship sitting next to a small base vs a large base. You feel smaller in comparison. Some bases out there are too small to see anything happening in them at all.
