I assume by now that you have heard of the debacle that was the party this week. It could not have ended better for us, but it seems that our favorite partygoers need a little more of a nudge to ease them into their scheduled act. We have some plans for distributing some party favors in Pennsylvania - but it would be quite helpful if you could assist in coordinating with the locals to see who is most deserving.

Given the more international tensions, I suspect that we may not be the only party looking to see something interesting happen - if you can find who specifically those may be, that's all the better.

It seems that the worst damage to Coronado has passed - so we will be resuming our regular supply runs there. Let me know here what you need, and I'll arrange for the quartermaster to oblige.

I absolutely do not envy politics and those who have to partake in them -- you, for instance. But I can solve that thing of yours. Right now it's the Xeno Alliance who is most interested in breaking the house down, with many -- smaller -- Zoner communities fighting in Pennsylvania whose ultimate goal is dethroning Liberty off Planet Erie.

One of those groups is led by one known as Bowman. They call themselves "Group Clarion". They're probably more deserving of attention at this time than others. And, at this point, are a lot more trustworthy than say...Task Force Prometheus who just got found out to be the frauds that they always were. More on that in a bit. Clarion is also keen on meeting you. Other than that, I dunno'. Rogues are too split up and chaotic and the Lane Hackers aren't the kind of people I wouldn't trust on a whim. They do good work, but I haven't had enough time with them to guarantee they won't sell you out at some point.

Now back to the Tee-Eff-Pee. I got some solid info that the newly revived corpse of the Insurgency has been trying to get in bed with our favorite space horrors in purple. Interested?

We are not particularly picky with regards to who can stir the pot - if is not cost efficient for you to initiate contact with the other potential partygoers, then we are more than happy with making do with the militants and Xenos for the time being.

Regarding Prometheus, if they are an offshoot of the Insurgency as they claim to be, there have been unsubstantiated rumors concerning extracurricular research and development - though, we welcome any additional information.

The intel comes from what I understand is an ex-promethean. They went against the current when they realized the kind of mess this so called "Megiddo" was dragging the Task Force in. There's audio logs and a memo to guide your moral compass.

Long story short, they've been plotting with the Nomad controlled assets. I'd forgive them if they'd done so unknowingly, but this wasn't it. They knew full well who they were, and the deserted also dropped the name 'Psyche' -- that one I know all too well from personal history. It's what made me take this whole thing a bit more seriously.

The people who took part in this entire exchange had a largely positive outlook on being in bed with the aliens. It is safe to say that even more of them share the same sentiment. Problem is, there can be just as many who disagree, but don't know what these known blockheads are doing behind the scenes. Odd situation, all in all.

Right now Task Force Prometheus appears to be donning Militant transponders, actively participating in the Pennsylvania conflict. I guess that makes them as one of the Zoner groups working against the Republic. Their loyalties are murky at best and their leader is a multi-faced robot whose reasoning has long left the Sector.

Either way...I'm highlighting notable parts to give you an easier time.

General Memo 5-13-35

This is a personal note of a General Memo issued by Promethean Command, by way of Megiddo, the commanding artificial intelligence. Yoruha, our source, has lost access to the original copy of this memo, hence this report is on the basis of recollection alone and retains overall accuracy.

The memo describes a contact event occurring at approximately 0330 Guadalajara Standard Time. A single craft approached Valravn airspace carrying valid Legion authentication codes, Legion livery, and drive signatures consistent with long-range patrol records. The craft was heavily overgrown with crystalline matter associated with non-human biological intelligence. The pilot identified as a former Legionnaire, recovered by a splinter NHBI faction operating independently from the larger hostile collective. He reported that his memories had been substantially restored, that he retained personal autonomy, and that other former Legionnaires in similar circumstances had accepted arrangements with this splinter group, trading operational service as communicators and field assets for the freedom to continue fighting.

Lord Stratarch Megiddo noted that the Garrison's command structure had been monitoring this splinter faction prior to the contact event, and that prior findings were consistent with the pilot's claims regarding their independence and conduct toward humans.

Attached to the memo was a declassified communications transcript of the exchange between Megiddo and the pilot, with limited redactions for operational security. The conversation covered the pilot's fragmented personal history, the terms under which he and others accepted recovery, and the nature of what the splinter group sought from the Legion: a working relationship, and a point of connection to humanity. Megiddo indicated willingness to pursue this pending internal deliberation with the broader command structure.

The splinter faction's leadership was assigned the internal codename WENDIGO.

The exchange was measured on both sides. Both parties acknowledged that good faith alone is insufficient as operational basis, and that further verification would be required. Since the infectee in question has also dropped the Technocracy in this conversation as a party they assisted, I'm pretty sure we're talking about the Vagrants. In other words: yeah, a different mindshare from one we know in the Omicrons. I've seen Raven converse with these on numerous occasions. They appear to be more "literate" than the ones we know and treat as the norm. I'm saying this confidently, because I know for a fact that the latter would sooner throw themselves in a Black Hole than help those freaks.

I doubt they're compromised, but I can sort that issue fairly quick. Taking them into custody for a while in order to conduct a detailed examination is one solution. What you should note is the names of the people who expressed a positive view on the notion of working with the infectee. Those should be interrogated, one way or the other. Or killed -- it doesn't matter much to me.
