A few extra thoughts.... the nomad part could use a bit of work or more flushing out to alleviate people concerns or confusion.And De Cruz does have a valid point about caps. Perhaps a statement more clearly stating the use of the capital ships would help.

Though being "outcast" and not liking nomads is contradicting... why cant you just realise that Outcasts "love" nomads, and if you DONT like'em your not an outcast. Then you arent permitted to use our capital ships and weapons without the ministy's permission.
Id also like to point out that its NOT so hard to get members. It depends on the leader, and i heard all your folks quit... and the one that joined EA was kicked didnt he? That says alot about the leader. I think your main problem here is, YOU. You demand too much, set to high goals and start things too "advanced" thus you get into a pinch. There is no way you can be counted as outcast if you throw dirt in the names of outcast factions/clans and hate nomads...
So far, READING what YOU have written, you clearly state all the facts anyone here need to conclude that your not "outcast" your just using the ID as it fits you.

Get it right. It said in the log she was getting him sanctioned because 1. She didn't like him from the get go, 2. He was breaking the rules, and 3. Because it pissed me off she was doing that.

P.S. This is on topic. When considering a faction you have to consider the leader as well. I'm considering her and speaking some truths that I have come to know about her. She copied my work and refuses to change her document until my work doesn't seem infringed upon. I don't care if she believes that I should be crap happy about being copied or not, the fact is I'm not happy about it. She also lied about why exactly she sanctioned my friend dnicu over there and I take up for my friends and highly dislike bold faced liars. Other than that, just stating some cold hard facts.
