Take away all the in-mates cash and then they have to go and make 100,000k just by mining water and the water sells for 2cr on the planet.

I think it depends on what the crime is... the punishment, that is.

Actions should be a couple of ingame hours in the prison system and, maybe, using cheats should result in ingame hours AND credits taken away (if not enough credits, pawn the ship or extend the hours).
