Minor magic and/or pyro/tele/cryokinesis?

I'm creating RP story right, of the "ghost ship" IRV-Shade. Someone would probably think that it's all about supernatural stuffs. However, everything "supernatural" what happens inside the ship before it becomes "ghost ship" is only hallucinations and madness of the crew members, caused by mysterious (SPOILERS ALERT) founding. And the ship itself (without any crew inside) moves with the help of AI.

From my point of view, fantasy, furries and other strange stuffs shouldn't belong in Freelancer. However, some exceptions can be made, but all of them has to be explained logically.

I appreciate your opinions so far. It's made me think a lot about the usage of these things, and it will most likely be medically explained as well as possible. If you will,give me more feedback and opinions on this, and please keep it fair.

Edit: Also,by MINOR tele/pyro/cryokinesis I really meant minor. Such as being able to fetch a mug from a few meters away,heat coffee in said mug,or cool a drink in a glass. Nothing drastic such as crushing ships,planets,stopping them or powergaming in any way. I just don't do that.

Honestly, I say to hell what people say, my RP, my choices.

Medically, for me, his brain chemistry, + cryogenic suspension + a late birth altered him enough to use it.

Scientific reason for non-science people.

I'd love to see who would win, you're cryokenisis guy or my telekenisis Jeremy :D

Neither do I.

Move a chair, Gibbs slap, lift someone a few feet as a joke, swing a sword a bit farther. Not powerful enough to throw a Nephthys at someone. Only drastic thing was throwing a slaver against a wall for kidnapping Izzy, but I had permission from the guy.

But seriously, just don't try to force stuff on people and it should be fine. My characters has seen an ancient god in a dream, he believes he really saw him, but others can just say "nah was just a dream, dude". For tele-cryo-shizzledizzle it can be the same. Some might believe it, others not, and again others would just say you have magnetic implants or something. I personally react different depending on what character I am on. If I am on my main character, Tharog, I will probably believe it, but he wouldn't be shocked or anything, all due to his calm and open-minded nature. Some of my Medics however would rather try and find out how it is possible, wanting to find the scientific explanation.

People shouldn't decide oorp how they would decide, but react as their character would on an individual basis.

Like fantasy universe requires one to graduate from a certain level of magic school to cast fireballs, Discovery universe has its own justifications for supernatural abilities and unique powers. The more your skills will be based on the scientific truth of fictional world, the better chances you have to be approved by the people you are playing with.

While I usually play along with characters who do something not normal, but sometimes it's irking me. It's like a deal - you make me dizzy, you give me some interesting time and in return I'll beleve that you are a level 80 elf.

And, no, Somni, most probably I won't play along with people juggling coffee mugs for lulz.

I prefer roll playing in a Freelancer universe as a 'normal' pilot.
Instead of adding lots of odd stuff.

Of course people want to be unique and stuff its the nature of humans.
However you can be unique in roll playing a original roll without all the addings from outside of a freelancer universe.

But maybe I'm just like that since I prefer Realism over Fantasy.
Hence why I play race games, strategy games (hostorical mostly), and space sims such a Nexus because they make sense in some way but all the cat, elf, orcs whatever ain't my thing.
