or more simple. every terrorist ID you can buy on base msut ask for something. and ID given from admins, when you show good RP or something give you persmission to shoot without asking for something.

Depends on what side of the fence you are on, really. I would say that we are a different category altogether, but that makes things hard for a few Universal Transport IDed people to understand, I think.

Just reading the first few posts, and noticing the discussion about terrorists taxing, I play as a Xeno, and looking at the ID they are not allowed to request cargo, but are allowed to tax. I would have thought for a Xeno requesting cargo would be more sensible, I mean, they would more than likely request engine compolents, side arms, super alloys, construction machinery and other such commodities.

oh and, dose not being allowed to request cargo mean you can't recover Xeno pilots too?
