Not really, but it will create problems Irp. Cause Liberty outlaws the use of Republic Shipping, Rhienland police, etc. The Camara is the only real Rhienland ship thats allowed to travel freely. There are processes you can register the ship with house governments, but its a long process.
Instead of cruiser why not make it a heavy exploration ship? Classed as a gunboat or heavy transport, but with a few GB guns mixed in to offset in the middle, transport guns on the outer edges.
This would enable more people to use it for roleplay reasons.
I guess that would work out, its a matter of me getting it textured. Trying to find a program that would be easier to texture something, but nothing is as user friendly or simple enough to apply a simple texture and/or get the output right.

The most difficult here (and everywhere) is to force youreslf to learn something new.
I, myself can't start learning blender... For quite a while.
But once you break and force yourself - you will achieve results.
Well, Im now forced to recreate the ship and make some changes. The other model was too overwhelming with Vertexs, so Im redoing the model over again and trying to UV map in Wings 3D 1.4.1.
Well, If a civilian can't fly a Cruiser for Exploration of their own, why then there is a civilian 'bomber' on the loose? OORP for a civilian to have a bomber, OORP if a civilian can get a hold on a cruiser. The comments I have read are non-sense. SSC, continue your model if you like as some of these comments are laughable to the max.

As a gun dealer you would sell guns to civilians for self defense (maybe not everywhere, but in 'Merica, sure), you would sell a rifle to hunters to hunt animals with. Would you sell a tank to a civilian? No. A carrier? No.
The point is, bombers are small, easily manufactured, more common and widespread among the people, they are available for civilians too. And they could have a use of it. Freelancing around you could find many employers with many jobs you can do with a bomber. In the meanwhile, you don't see everybody and their mom owning a cruiser, those toys are for the military and for paramilitary organizations. Who of course can back it up financially. It is unlikely for a mere civilian to buy a cruiser from his own money.
In short: My opinion - well backed up with my reasons - is that there should be no civilian cruiser.
The model itself is not bad, maybe could be a little more detailed here and there.

I still stand on my opinion as yours doesn't make sense.
