Admin Notice: Lost Characters or Accounts?

I'm a returning player and thought my accounts were gone for good but I tried to make a new char using the same name and it says it was taken. Could that char and all the chars on that account be returned to me please? I changed hard discs since then so I don't have the codes.

Character Names: Barbosa, OS&CMasquerade, and Onella_Vess theres a few others that I cant remember the names off the top of my head but Barbosa should be the easiest id imagine to find. Pretty sure it didn't have a faction tag and was just a freelancer with that name.

My mom was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and I took some time off to help with that. I ended up reformatting my computer and completely forgot to back up my accounts. I thought they would transfer over with the cloud but I only got one of the two. Unfortunately I'm missing the better account of the two go figure.

Character Names: Two characters, on with Lichtenrade as the vessels name, and one with 'Lichtenrade' as a tag/prefix to the name (associated snub fighter to a cruiser/similar). Should be two Rheinland vessels.

Reason for restoration: Lost the account these were on in before coming back. I remembering having these two ships, but it's a bit of a short in the dark if I've remembered the tag.

[b]Reason for Restoration: After I updated the original install, I clicked launch game and made a character. I didn't make an account and it didn't make one for me (I assumed by making a character it would of automatically made my account. account tab was blank, after I backed out of the game I made an account. The new account I just made didn't have my character connected to it. After I couldn't get my character back, I closed out the launcher and reopened it, then it made me a "New Accounts". I have since made an account. Account name is "Rhakin"
