You are all yappering on like little children for god sake.
Balthazzar did not do this in an attempt to get a leadership role, but instead to save the Harvesters from being knocked off the official list and lose their ships and ID.
He did out of want to keep the faction going.
All of you talk about how other harvesters are higher up than him but yet they did nothing. They seem to have just stood idly by when Del issued the warning about inactive Official factions. You aren't worthy of your 'leadership' when you can't even be bothered to try keep the faction intact.
So instead of crying about how this is all just a powergrab, maybe try and help things as well.
Oh and waiting for Scornstar to appear back and solve EVERYTHING is quite simply infantile. He isn't your parent and if that's how this faction does things, it probably doesn't deserve it's Official status. Judging by the general lack of help from the 'higher ranking' harvesters as well, the Harvesters probably won't end up with their official status or ships/ids anyway.

What do you think Scorn would prefer to come back to:
The faction still being official and having the ID and ships that you all worked for and maybe being slightly off the original basis (for now)?
OR
An unofficial faction with no clear leadership and everyone yelling at each other for not being high ranking enough to do things?
The idea isn't to shove Scorn to the side, I've yet to see that even mentioned anywhere but instead to keep the faction in the Official status and running at least till he comes back.
If whoever was in charge at the time didn't want to give up their power, then it would clearly be up to the players in the faction to oust him as leader and re-instate Scorn, as it should be.
My point is that Balthazzar was trying to keep this faction in the Official status with some compromises. A letter is fine but real activity is needed, which is what this promised.

I can see why Geisha is mad, don't take it personal.(i don't) Its our fault but rest assured we now have the required "manpower" to resolve this.
And we have been able to solve many misunderstandings.
I hate to do things this way, but I see no other choice.
The squabble for leadership needs to end Now, and the Faction needs to pull all together in one direction.

I rather not lose members, but the ranking is already established in the Harvesters Private Forums.
As for the negative comments about DiscoGC, that is posted in the Harvesters Private Forums. It is no big secret that many of us and other players are not happy with the way things are being runed.
Some of us have posted here and tried to change things to very little avail.
If you want to break off and form a new Robot AI clan, then go ahead and do so.
Please remove the 'harvester' name from this threads topic.
As a group, we have always supported the Idea on an AI tag, AI clan or AI Factions, whether it be Harvesters, Binaries, Cyclons or whatever --We feel there is a place for AI's in the Freelancer game.
